Pricing note: All prices include the garment and embroidery. Off-brand garments start at $40 — name brand (Nike, Champion, etc.) start at $80. Final price depends on garment choice, design complexity, and placement. Your quote is confirmed before anything is stitched — no surprises.

Do I need to provide my own garment?
You can bring your own garment or we can source one for you. Just let us know when you place your order.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders are typically ready within 5–7 business days. Rush options may be available — ask when ordering.
Can you embroider any fabric?
Most woven and knit fabrics work great. Very thin or stretchy fabrics may have limitations — we'll let you know upfront.
What file format do you need for logos?
PNG, JPG, or vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) work best. We handle the digitizing process from there.
Do you do bulk orders for hospital units?
Absolutely — bulk orders are welcome and discounts apply for 5+ pieces. Contact us for a custom quote.
